The other Ben Eltons of the world
Hello people of LJ land,
I'm quite new to this lark, and am WELL chuffed to see that there's a Ben Elton community, because I ADORE his stuff! Just a little question, does anybody know of any authors who are like Elton in the way he qrites and the content of his books? I'm looking to expand my reading a bit, in preparation for uni, and I love Elton's books so much, it'd be great to find other authors that are as good!
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated :D
Thankyous xx

Um.. *scratches head* I don't know, if you like comedy books you should try Nick Hornby, David Baddiel, David Nicholls and John O'Farrell. None are quite like Ben Elton, but they're all good. :)

I find Tony parson's work is not too unsimilar with Ben Elton's. But if you want satire...I just don't know anyone else.
